Has anyone used a spun gel fiber pillow?  Never knew they existed, have heard of gel pillows with a cooling pad but not this concept.  Looks like regular polyester type pillows?

I bought my 2 "My Pillow" from the Q several years ago. I love them so much, I knew I was done, looking for pillows. No other brand interest me!

If I weren't already sleeping on comfortable pillows and didn't already have filled all my shams with the "wrong" pillows I bought over the years, I'd be tempted to try the gel pillows just becasue I know people who have gel in matresses and like them.  Maybe later, not later today -  later in life.

Gel spun fibers are just super-fine polyester fibers that have the feel of down but offer a bit more support. The 'gel' part has nothing to do with what it's made of but rather how the fibers are made. In other words, 'gel spun' is a manufacturing process and not a type of material.

I go through pillows like they’re candy and have a hard time getting them to last more than a month. I found gel pillows on Amazon and have loved them.

I still go through pillows faster than most people but they last longer than anything else I had tried.

They’re comfy, soft but supportive and washable. My Amazon ones were twinsies to the Big Deal including the casing. Comparable pricing but with free shipping.

Consider me a My Pillow skeptic so never bought it from QVC, HSN or ShopHQ....but, Costco was selling them slightly lower priced than QVC when they were a TSV one day and I could return immediately so tried it. I didn't like it until around the fourth or fifth night but love them now. Still like other pillows...ever try a Purple Pillow?
