My bro and SIL are moving to NH so months ago when they were on special and I had a coupon I bought it. Very well made. I do think they are worth the money.

Now I want one for myself lol. That was bound to happen. Either my home state of Indiana, or my "most of my adult life" state of Michigan. I'm fascinated by the details chosen to represent the cities and towns. Already looking at potential hanging spots in the kitchen 😊

I hope those buying are delighted with it.
what do you find horrifying about a cutting board shaped like a state?

I didn't see one bad review?
I sorted the reviews lowest to highest.
People were complaining about broken pieces and the ink rubbing off of the lettering.

Oh I never tried sorting, it seems like those are in the minority. If I order it I will hang it as a decor item and won't be cutting anything on it. Maybe as a serving platter if at all. I find the shape of my state of CA kind of awkward but I do like it.

I thought they were a really cute, different gift. So I gifted New Mexico to myself.

I gifted myself Texas. May I suggest everyone read about the item. It CLEARLY states the reverse side (back side) can be used as a cutting board.
Think their greeat!

While I won't be purchasing the cutting board, they are unique and make a nice gift for someone or yourself.
My husband, who passed 10 years ago, was a master woodworker by trade and also did architectural woodworking. Our adult son showed some interest in woodworking, (though he's a chemist now), and would and did dabble in learning some of the art from his father.
Here are two cutting boards my son made a few years ago. One is mine and one we gifted to my niece and her husband when they bought their first house. The woods used are Rock Maple and the darker wood is called Purple Heart and that wood is sourced from South America. Just thought I would share with you. It brings me joy as your purchase will you.

@smoochy Where's the Upper Peninsula? Do you only get half of Michigan? How odd.

It's a fun idea! I first saw this on Etsy many years ago. Several shops were selling these types of map cutting boards and some were personalized.... for example, a new couple and their home towns or where they met.
ETA: I see no Pennsylvania! Where is it?...maybe sold out?
