$800 for fake leather??? Where I live I can easily find a brand name all leather recliner for a fraction of this price! And yes this is one UGLY chair!

I looked at the colors. It's so shiny, especially the "peanut." I guess a pretty throw and/or pillow would break up the look (or a person sitting in it....lol). I imagine people would want the vinyl for ease of clean-up of spills, etc.

What if you don't like it and want to return it? Hundreds of dollars in shipping? Ouchie.

For some it's ugly so no one is making you buy one! No recliner is really gorgeous but it's about the comfort. I had leather recliners before and no thanks - the ""plastic"" wears much better and is way easier to clean and probably doesn't get discolored over time!

Then don't buy it. I like my leather La-Z-Boys, but the color shows some wear so maybe this material is even better.

Yes, most QVC buyers are so blindsided and jaded that they will buy anything just to have something coming in the mail. Heck anyone with any brains will go down to a furniture store near their home.....haggle to get a better price with the store. No hassles with shipping it back half way across the country ( they do not say what it will cost you to return the darn chair do they?)

I agree and I own 2 Lazy Boy recliners, one real leather the second is a chenille fabric. Love them both but not liking the TSV today.
