I'm interested to see what this is, too.

 

I feel like Tarte has pretty much stuck to 'kits': makeup bag, foundation, brush, mascara, lip item, and something else like blush, eyeshadow, or concealer.

Found out the number for the TSV, it's A366211.  Not the new foundation, and I believe an older eye shadow palette.  Might have to pass on this one.

I just looked up the TSV using the item number. That eyeshadow palatte and foundation have been around for awhile. Bummer.
