You can go to My Account, then Update Email & Mobile Notifications, then select the option to get notified about upcoming specials.

Great advice, @DoneTryin! I totally forgot about that because I did it so long ago and never go back to change my settings.

I'll check the program guide too, at least it gives you a hint of what to expect.  I also get email notices of at least fashions that will be tsv's.
