Poor performer
" This is a poor quality cleaning tool. It doesn't have enough power to get any spots off tile. Motor drags if you apply even light pressure. Not impressed at all. "

" Opened package; took 3 minutes to put together; it was fully charged....."GREAT"; I read instructions and with a big smile, honey I went to work! My wood floors are soooo beautiful! It is so light weight and cleans without me really doing anything except me keeping my face out of my mirror from smiling so much! I recommend this product to seniors, handicap with limited walking or stand, youth ( 12 and over), and anyone who doesn't want to work too hard, but want a great outcome! Do not wait to purchase this item. FYI......extra pads come with it! Also the 4 pads are washable! and no streaking on my wood floors. I only wet the two pads and stuck them on the bottom of the Hover scrubber and poured a little cleaner on my wood floor and let the Hoover Scrubber do what it does baby! Life is good and I am a cleaning and happy QVC member. Thanks for presenting this item and thanks for the wonderful products QVC continue to sell. Now, stop reading my review and get your Hover Scruber today. One more FYI: I purchased "GREEN" for GO! " This little machine is truly remarkable. It dose everything and more. its easy to use and makes all my floor look great I especially like how my wood floors look it cleans and polish.

Nice little tool
" Well, with the exception of it being kinda slow and taking quite a while to do it's thing, it's a good little machine. And it's pretty cheap. The battery seems to last a long time. I find it especially good for dusting my dark laminate floors. They show every speck of dust and just using water (dip the pads, squeeze them out, and slap them on), does a good job. I've washed my kitchen floor with it and it seemed to do a good job but didn't get as much dirty water out of the pads as I do the mop water. Gave it 4 stars because it doesn't have enough oomph to scrub fast. "

Best Mop
" this is the best mop I have ever bought and I have purchased many. I like the fact that it dries the floor as you clean it so you can walk on them right away. Great for Pergo floors. My husband says to buy another one to keep as a back up. "

" I have enjoyed using this mop to scrub my floors. My kitchen and bathroom are tile/vinyl and this mop is easy to use and requires less work than using a regular mop. I squirt the cleaner on the floor, turn on the mop and all I have to do is guide it. It gets rid of all the sticky/food spills, etc. I am glad this mop was invented. "

Not worth it
" I always read the product reviews before ordering, but I should have payed closer attention to the negative reviews. This scrubber does NOT work as shown in the video. It moves on its own only in the direction the pads rotate (backwards). So, if you need to push it forward, it takes a lot of effort because you're going against the rotation. Also, it's too lightweight to get spots off the floor. I'll stick with my Swiffer WetJet. It does a much better job and i have total control. I returned the Hover scrubber. "

Best tile floor cleaner!
" My tiled floors have never been cleaner! I run the Scrubber while doing other “little” things..or talking on the phone. It is very convenient to pop it out of the pantry, sprinkle a bit of water in the floor and voila! Clean! I do small quick areas at a time, and it’s very satisfying to see an immediate noticeable difference. It also makes my wood floors shiny as new, again just with water! No slick, no sticky, just clean. With 5 dogs in and out, this is a must have! "

Skeptical at first. But wow I, in love
" I read the reviews on the Hover Scrubber after I ordered it and was very skeptical on how it was going to meet my cleaning needs. I just love it. It cleans just like it says. There were complaints that it didn’t move fast enough. I don’t want to polish my floors I want to clean them and yes they still get a great shine. You are able to easily control the scrubber. It’s so easy and convenient. I just love it. I’m glad I didn’t read the reviews before I ordered it. I would have missed out on a great cleaner. Hope spare mop heads will be available in the future. For now the four that came with it are enough. "

" The Hover Scrubber cleans pretty well. However, it is slow going. To mop my tile kitchen and living area around my rug it took nearly 45 minutes.

" I used this to clean my hardwood floors. This scrubber does not leave much water on the floor so the floor dries quickly.
The power lasted all through my cleaning job, about a half-hour. I was done before the power was.
Also, do not press hard. Let the machine do the work.

Good product!
" I bought this product in hopes it would clean my tile and laminate floors without the back pain of leaning over a traditional mop, pushing a heavy mop head back and forth to clean and then all over again to rinse. Each time I mopped I ended up with a so-so cleaned floor and an aching back. Not now! The Hover scrubber is lightweight, I can get under furniture with it, and when the job is done, I can simply machine wash the dirty pads. I keep it plugged in so it's always ready. I love it! "

Time and back saver
" Already loved it from the moment I used it. Today I came home and the dog had chewed a pen and then walked the ink all over the entire house 2500 square feet of marble I thought okay here's your test. It was amazing cleaned it up in 10 minutes. With no chemicals all I use is water when I went to disinfect with it I use a solution of either peroxide alcohol or vinegar in a spray bottle. I use it to clean the shower floors the shower walls every single inch of non carpeted flooring. Absolutely love the fact that I don't have to stop unplug it and plug it in somewhere else. "

Half The Job
" When I saw this product I thought Great, it will make my cleaning the floors much easier as I have some mobility issues; however I am somewhat disappointed with it. It perform ok on my hardwood floors but the real problem for me is the ceramic tile floor in my kitchen. I have to say it did NOT do well there at all, didn't clean as shown, didn't get in the grout lines and I had to do the floor twice to get it to look clean enough for me. I will keep the mop because it does make it easier to mop but it does need lots more work to perform as it should. I question the demonstration, sometimes I think they are set up to look better than the product actually works and these goes for some of the other cleaning products as well. "

Does not clean floor
" I was excited to get something that would allow me to mop. I have a back problem that prevents me from moping, but this product does absolutely nothing to clean the floor
One would think that at this price it would at least clean some. Do not waste your

" I have been buying things from QVC for over 25 years. Mostly great stuff. This is by far the most useless thing I have purchased. You have to sweep your floor first because it doesn't pick up anything, just pushes it around, and if you want to put even a bit of pressure to kind of scrub an area, it stops. I did not try on bathroom walls, etc. but this is a waste of time and money. It doesn't clean anything. I got it for my hardwood floors, for dust, a bit of cat hair, just normal stuff, again, it just pushes dirt around.
Plus, I think it is defective or something. The charge lasts about 8 minutes!! so I will send back as defective as that is absolutely NOT what they said on TV to get a buck. Still, even at only 8 minutes of charge, it still doesn't pick up or clean anything.
If you have floors that are dusty, not dirty, and have nothing on them, maybe you will like this rather worthless thing. Otherwise, save your money. "

Waiting to See
" if this item will get its act together. When I first assembled it & plugged in the charger...all was well...then it shut itself off. I tried & tried - redid ALL the connections. Opened the battery compartment, disconnected the battery, reconnected the battery & rescrewed the cover...not easy for arthritic hands. It worked - for about 90 seconds...in that period of time no one touched or moved it - simply decided on its own to quit again. What got the charging started again was to shake the entire bottom section of the unit...then the red charging light came on. Not sure I want to go thru all this...but then will try to get it fully charged & actually see if the product itself will do the job as promoted. I have polyurethane sealed red & white oak flooring plus ceramic tile in bathrooms....so hoping this would be the answer for me. Will watch the calendar to make sure I return it within the 30 day period. Maybe shaking it is the answer...stay tuned. BB Az. "

" Can't believe how much easier this makes my life! I have Rheumatoid Arthritis which makes mopping challenging. I also have 3 very large dogs that "dander" all over the house!
