I posted this on Community Chat earlier because I wanted to make sure it got ead. No one has read it so I will post it here too. I contacted Consumer thru the chat feature asking why my Roomba from 7/19 was still showing processed ready to ship on 8/7? They said they were sorry it didn't ship and it was no longer available. Just wanted people to check their acct. to see if this happened to them as well. QVC didn't contact me to tell me this happened. I am new here, I used to post a long time ago. Not sure I am doing it correctly.
