Was considering this and watched to see if host explained the length of 

the charge. Never heard this mentioned. Looked at product info- nothing. 

Called CS. No information. They told me to call the company! 

Why would I buy this and have to worry about my phone AND this charger

running out of power?

@ellaphant The reason why you are not getting an answer is that there is not an answer to that question. There is not a standard amount of time that the charger stays charged. It depends on what you charge and for his long you are charging that device---or multiple devices. So, people can't answer your question the way you want because the correct answer is "it depends."

16,000mAH power bank will recharge a Galaxy S8 about 3.3 times.

iPhone 8 about 7.7 recharges.

There's an actual mathematical formula used to calculate those numbers. I found it on google.

Thanks, yes I was looking for an example based on the type of usage. It was recently answered in the questions about the product.
