Hi @kipper I am so sorry you have not received your bagels as yet. I did notice a comment on your order that this issue was forwarded for research. Hopefully you will have some information soon.

I also ordered on the 27th and it still says in process. This was my first, and maybe last, food order, so I am concerned. I certainly hope they aren't sitting in some warehouse or post office getting stale!

Hi @Marietherese1 I have sent a request to have the order researched. This is a vendor shipped item and requires an additional 2 days to ship.

I have not received my bagel order either.
It says a label was created on 2/2 but nothing since then.
I hate to think they were made and are sitting somewhere for days.
....very frustrating.
