@GymBunny

Thank you.❤️   That was unclear to me.

I decided to pass on this anyway.

There aren't nearly enough warnings posted on the tsv.

Anyone with any type of cardiovascular issues should not use

total body vibration. Studies have shown it can elevate blood

pressure and could be dangerous for anyone who has had a stroke

or a blood clot of any kind. People with pacemakers should not use it.

Anyone with any kind of implanted device shouldn't use it. It can also

predispose to irregularities in heartbeat so shouldn't be used by anyone

with atrial fibrillation.

Osteoporosis is a contraindication as well. Degenerative disc or joint

disease.

There isn't nearly enough information about the strength of the vibrations.

Low, medium, and high tells you nothing.

Unfortunately, this is one of those trendy pieces of equipment that many

people should never use.

I have read several articles and reviews which state the exact opposite.

Remember those vibrating belts from the 1970's? They were awful. I hope this machine works better than those. Smiley Very Happy

Every piece of equipment can't be right for everyone.  I think it's something one would have to think about and investigate.  It has good and bad points.  Just choose wisely.  Put to good use, any piece of equipment has a benefit if it keeps you moving.

Re: TSV - Exercise Equipment -- Any Thoughts?

Saw your post. I am on waitlist for one, but now that I see your comment i am confused. I have had both hips (total replacements) done. I did not hear anything mentioned in the

presentation about restrictions if you have hip replacement. Can you tell me a little more.

Thank you

Medicare offers Silver Sneakers. No monthly fees. My local gyms are open 24 hrs & all I paid for was a $10 key fee.

Re: TSV - Exercise Equipment -- Any Thoughts?

We bought in.  I never thought I would get something like this when I enjoy the gym experience so much.  I guess it's ok to change.  I like this setup because it looks like a relatively simple way to work on any / every part of the body.
