TSV Clean It Up? Vacuum or no?

I see that there are several Clean It Up TSVs over May and June......  What kind of TSV is this?   My vacuum died, and I don't know if I should buy one locally, or wait for an upcoming TSV if its not to far away......    Thanks!

You may want to check and see if any of your local stores have Memorial Day sales.

I would buy one locally,  why wait to buy a vacuum if you need one, and Memorial Day has sales on everything.
