TOM TOM service when you need it

Be careful or ask your service rep. We bought one from QVC a couple of years ago and when it needed servicing we discovered that there are NO AUTHORIZED service centers in the USA. Since this is a product predominantly used in Europe, you have to send it back to the United Kingdom to fix. We finally found someone in our city who fixed them out of his home, cannabalizing older discarded units. And it cost almost as much to fix as it would have to buy a new one. BE CAREFUL.
