TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS TOPPER

I purchased a Tempur-Pedic 3 inch mattress topper queen sized for just under $200 at Costco last month.  Sounds like a better deal to me!

Re: TEMPUR-PEDIC MATTRESS TOPPER

Agree, @DiAnne , you got a much better deal!  I love memory foam toppers and we have been using them for over 10 yrs. The ones we use are basic and under $50 and we sleep great on them. But in summer, I do notice how hot they are-

In my opinion, the much less expensive ones are just fine.

Although I'm sure this brand does have something different/ special, but I wonder if it really makes a discernible difference for sleeping?

I bought this last time it was a TSV.  It's so hot I can't stand it.  Can only use it in the colder months in Southern CA.  And yes, Costco has them.

[ Edited ]

I've given up on using memory foam to sleep on, including pillows. They are too hot, they eventually get flat or get dips and they are not biodegradable. Instead I have opted to sleep on latex foam. What a difference! I love it. I have a 3" latex topper and also a latex contour pillow. I'm in heaven each and every night I get into my bed.Heart

ETA-

Latex foam does not get hot like memory foam does. Latex foam is perfection.

Also, latex foam will last longer, much longer than memory foam and latex is more durable than memory foam.

I bought one from amazon a few years ago on their Prime day---for a song: about 1/2 what an easy pay for a full size  is on the TSV---and it is still wonderful. I put a matteress pad over top so it doesn't get hot and then flip it every few months-- Mine is 3 inches too. You are paying for the brand name, you know!

Good morning QVC community! Today we are greeted with the exciting, marvelous, TSV presentation of a piece of foam to put on top of your mattress. Guaranteed to give hot flashes & restless sleep.

@DiAnne    There are different qualities and densities of memory foam.  What one retailer sells is not necessarily the same as that sold by another.  I've had so many bad experiences with QVC TSVs that I wondered if theirs was "dumbed down" although the price doesn't reflect it.  I'd be suspicious of what Costco sold, however.

@Sweet Kitties    I've slept on memory foam, either a topper or mattress, for close to 15 years and have never experienced heat or restless sleep.  Women may have hot flashes but I don't believe it's due to their mattress.

It looks like a flimsy piece of leftover packaging foam.
