The colors make the coats look tacky. That's how bad they are. For all we know, they might be pretty good raincoats. The pink is the worst. The only one I sort of like ( and it's not saying much) is the sage. I don't know who got the color samples, but they should have stopped.
would prefer a more vibrant palette, reds, blues etc
these colors look like DC color same muddly greens and attempts at pink
I think this is why Kim G is successful her color palette is more appealing

i have water proof jacket, from colombia, and if i wear it in a summer rain, it feels like a sauna suit. Some waterproof just doesn't breathe and it's just uncomfortable.
Land's end has a jacket, similar to this one and it's over $100.00. It new for spring so no big coupon discount. I like this one for the length.

I had a jacket very similar (not SG) to this in the 1990s. Mine was lined and was a taupey grey color. I needed something for cool, windy, and rainy days for sightseeing in San Francisco so I purchased mine at a local department store before we left on our trip. It was great on those days when the weather was dreary and blustery. I used the hood too. I wore it for many years until I just got tired of it and donated it.
I think a jacket like this is great for travel, but I'm not traveling as much as back then so I don't think I need another one. I have other lightweight jackets and a raincoat I can wear.

A raincoat that short is rather useless here in NYC in the pouring rain .. when you have to walk six blocks to the subway station, stand on the corner trying to hail a taxi, or waiting for the bus.

Nothing great. Too big on most ladies, and the sleeves need a binding or something at the end, hate a loose sleeve- Her jackets used to be great, well-fitting and have good details, I have several older ones, but now they are lower quality IMO. Also don't like any of the colors at all-

Yeah, that's a no.

It is only $15 off the regurlar qvc price. How is that a TSV deal? I noticed they keep quoting retail price comparision to pretend like you are getting a good deal. Come on.
TSV are no longer special or a deal

Do any of these designers really think we want their name stamped on each and every snap/button of a garmet?
For me, that alone is a reason not to buy this

I always need rain jackets and this price is very good. I have an Eddie Bauer rain jacket that's easily 3X this price. I know everybody loves to boo and hiss over the TSV in these threads, but I, for one, am really excited about this one.
I have 2 of her winter jackets and a spring jacket. Very good fit for me and very good quality. I would get this in the pink but I do not need another light jacket. Good length on this one too! A big plus. I hate short jackets when your clothing hangs out.
