Maybe some will remember, quite a while ago she made a top with the crisscross layers exactly like that. It may have even been a TSV, not sure though.  I still have one hanging in my closet!  She added a bottom to it to make it into a dress!

No, its sleeveless. I don't care for that, even with a shrug. I'd prefer short or elbow sleeves.

It's quite pretty and a reasonable price.  I cannot, however buy another dress as I really hardly ever wear the ones I have.  Except for summer maxi's which I find comfy in the warm weather.

No, I do not like it although for an SG item the price is good.  Too many layers for a summer dress.  Would have preferred something simpler in a cotton blend.  Easy pass for me.
