Supersmile TSV 12/21 Regular VS Extra White

I realized later today,  after I placed my order for the TSV, that this isn't the Supersmile Extra White formula!  I was in a hurry and wasn't paying attention.  Now it's too late to cancel my order.  I have been using the Extra White formula since it came out a few years ago.

 

Does anyone know if there is a huge difference in the performance of the

Regular vs. the Extra White formulas?
