I ordered this TSV on the day it was presented. Early in the day even. I haven’t received it yet so I called customer service and they told me it is out of stock! How does this happen?
I’m so mad I just want to kick something!
Even if returns come in how could they send out used face products? Has this happened to you?

It hasn't happened to me, but I just read this morning that many who ordered the LeCreuset TSV later received e-mails that their order had been cancelled.

@Kazsails.  Returned cosmetics are destroyed; they don't send them to other customers.

Nobody here knows how that happens since we're not privy to information on the intricacies of warehouse operations.

Since TSVs are scheduled months in advance and international shipping is unreliable, sometimes products just don't arrive by air time.

@Kazsails  Yes, I have had this happen.  I remember receiving an email notification but it is very disappointing. Nothing to do but suck it up and go on...

This seems to be a constant complaint.. It is not a good way to promote goodwill with customers.. I don't understand if they keep taking orders even if they can't fulfill them. Then hoping people will cancel or something else is happening regarding financing. It is disappointing when you order early and product is not available. 

FYI, they don't recycle cosmetics.

This has happened when I have odered at MIDNIGHT! QVC stinks!!! They sell merch that they don't even have!!!

ordered mine on 1/20, it shipped on 1/21, and i received it on 1/29.
