i dont think there is any difference other than the color choices.

both item numbers do have the same shipping fees.

I don't know much about this TSV but I bought a Sun Joe power washer here several years ago that at the time was a TSV.  It's still going strong (after 5-6 years) and we've been happy with it.

I just place an order for this washer. Seems like a good machine and the price is right.Its time to make my house sparkly clean. I got the green, I wanted red but my DH procrastinated!
