I ordered this before when it was a TSV. Not impressed at all! First of all, it is heavy. If you have arthritis issues or strength impairments this is not for you. Second I don’t think it does a better job than other higher end blow dryers I have had. The diffuser is worthless! If you watch the demos they are all smoke and mirrors. For me it was a waste of money; it sits in my linen closet. For anyone that orders it, I hope you have a better experience than I did.

I own it and I almost returned it a couple of times.  It did take getting used to but any new hair dryer takes adjusting.  If you were unhappy with a $400 item, why would you keep it?

Sorry you didn't like your dryer.  I love mine and even bought one for my daughter because I was enjoying mine so much.

@equueleus, I kept trying to like it and I used it over and over. Just gave up and before I knew it the 30 days had passed. I will say, I am going to watch to see if they have some useful tips that might help me like it better.

@sunchild I don't use the diffuser or the other attachments.  I never used them with any of my other hair dryers either.  I also had to adjust the heat and air flow to a lower temp.  It was too much for my hair.  I do agree that it's a bit heavier than most dryers, so I see how that could be a concern to anyone with dexterity issues.  Maybe you could try their customer service number for some suggestions.  I hope you can find a solution.  Seems a shame and waste of money.

I myself returned the Dyson Hair Dryer. Just did not care for it. My Hair became frizzy and dry. Did adjust the temperature, but did not make a difference. And I hate the thick heavy long cord. Thats not a normal Hair Dryer cord. You will find lots of mixed reviews about this Hair Dryer. I sugest buy it and see for yourself if you like the Dryer or not. You have 30 days to return it.

I love my Dyson and glad I made the investment

The buttons are also on the top of the handle, which makes it hard to operate.
