My back aches already! Just watched the video - didn't see it on TV - and although I have some SJ products, this one looks like a looser. It appears that the 'scoop' part doesn't hold much snow and then that second short handle is ridiculous.

I don't have it currently but my husband wanted to order it so I am waiting for it's arrival. I thought it was a good concept, but since I have not tried it I don't have an opinion to offer other than that.

I took a chance and ordered it. On Amazon, its $5 more. If it isn't as promised, I'll bite the bullet and pay to ship it back. To be honest, though, it looks awkward to use.

We have heavy snow and I don't trust the design. Even if I don't have to bend over as much the snow gets deep and I would have to toss the snow on piles that get higher and higher.

There are a few others with similar design on the market. I ordered one because we have large areas to shovel, and I'm game to try anything that might make that easier.

I'm guessing there will be a bit of a learning curve with this one, and people will be complaining about it after the first shovel full, before they really get the hang of it.
