SmoothXbike Pro exercise bike

I see in my Insider that they will be having one on the 25th for a TSV. I bought mine last year in April and  the belt broke today.  I called QVC customer service and they gave me a phone number for the bikes customer service. Has this happen to anyone else that has the bike.

I saw that in the schedule.....could you give the information from the Insider ... description, price etc?  How do you like yours - other than the broke belt?  TY
