Scott Living Mattress TSV 8/28

Is anyone having trouble getting their Scott Living mattress TSV of 8/28 shipped?  My order is still "in process" mode and it has been 2 weeks since order placement.  Called customer service several times and standard answer has been...  "the vendor has received your order". Estimated delivery date has never changed and is 9/10/22 (today).

Yes, I haven't received my order. UPS said I would receive it on 9/7 then changed to 9/8 now there is no date when it is to be deliveted.

Supposedly mine shipped yesterday. Was originally estimated to be delivered 9/9.
