Saf-Slim TSV-Haven't received and No Tracking info

Has anyone received this delivery since the TSV was ordered?

There is no tracking information on my order except "labeled and shipped".

I called customer service, they said since it was "shipped by the vendor" nothing

could be done until the 18th.

Anyone?
