QVC only reimburses if it's a defective item, not if you ordered the wrong size:  the shipping really adds up.  That's why I wish QVC would provide body measurements as opposed to garment measurements - you never really know how much to allow for thickness of material so it's just a guessing game IMHO.

 

Good point... I really thought they returned the shipping and handling for anything that has been returned. What a profit for QVC and a loss for us.
