Rowenta Iron TSV

Has anyone received the recent Rowenta Steam Iron TSV from a week or so ago, only to find that it doesn't fully heat up? It gets slightly warm, at best, and I can't get any steam to come out automatically, only if I press the burst of steam button. Read through the instructions three times, did exactly what they said, but it only gets slightly warm. Any help would be appreciated. I was happy to get an 1800 watt iron, but I will return it if need be.
