These bras are not, they are a lightly padded cup with no place to add.

@Lipstickdiva That does not mean they are supportive or meant for post surgical support, which was the question.

If she likes the uni-boob look with no support and droopy boobs, that's what she is getting . . . zero support. Not what her surgeon expects her to be wearing following breast surgery. I stand by my original comments in response to her question.

I have her last ts and not happy. No support & uni-boob look. Waste of money.

My mastectomy was in 2004 and I own prostheses that were fitted by a medical specialist. I have never been large busted. If you haven't looked, the mastectomy bra vendors sell bras very similar to the Ah Bra for much more money and a more matronly look. I wore them for years until I found the Ah Bra which gives me the same appearance. Maybe they won't work for a large busted woman but for me - petite, 5ft 1inch,115 lb, they are great.
