Re: Revitalign TSV - October 17, 2025

A public service announcement for those considering buying slippers for aged relatives: back-less mules such as these are a trip hazard, especially for those with balance problems or who are already prone to fall.

Doctors and physical therapists recommend sticking to shoes and slippers with backs that help to keep the shoe on the foot and won't slide and get caught on things.

Remember, when you get to a certain age, one bad fall can ruin your life and take away your independence. You want to do whatever you can to keep that from happening.

I like full slippers because my feet get cold and I need to wear socks. The colors are pretty.

@beach-mom   I just ordered them in Pink Ruby in my normal shoe size 9.  I hope they work!  They sound like they're exactly what I need for my achy feet.  For myself, I would not go up or down a size.

@scrapperlisa  I just searched on the Dundee you mentioned, and they look really nice.  I just purchased the TSV, and I was going to put the Dundee on my Wish List so I wouldn't forget about them.  But, they don't have my size!   I'll keep checking on them though.  Thanks for the info.

I like the velvet and the fuzzy insides. But I really need a bootie slipper to cover my ankles. Hoping Revitalign makes bootie slippers someday. I would buy them in a  heartbeat. 🥾

I have severe osteoporosis and I do not wear shoes w/o backs. Backless shoes can slip off easy and cause a fall.

I don't wear slippers or shoes that don't have a back. They flop around. I'm not wearing something like that when I go up & down my stairs several times a day. They aren't safe.

If narrows were offered, I'd seriously consider this. I wear Revitalign thongs all summer long in the house, don't necessarily need narrows for them. As I've aged and my feet have become flatter, I feel I need support all day long. Not a big fan of that fuzzy lining, even if they're washable, knowing it will become matted after some washings, but would still think about purchasing. I need that support!

I do wear slippers all year round, but these are just too pricey for me.
