Review of recent Mrs Prindables apples TSV

5 out of 10.

We both loved the chocolate chip apples but the Holiday Cinnamon Roll flavor was uneatable for us. So we could only eat 5 out of 10.

We found the Holiday Cinnamon Roll flavor overwhelmingly sweet with a fake (synthetic) cinnamon roll-ish flavor

with too many teeth cracking sprinkles that added nothing but extra sweetness and unpleasant mouth feel (I really hate sprinkles!)....couldn't even taste the caramel in these.

Like I said above we loved the chocolate chip ones and wish they'd offer more chocolate chip and nut TSV's in the future.

Hopefully you who bought them liked them more than us!Woman Frustrated

Tried Prindable apples abt 20 yrs ago from QVC.

Found there was too much sweet candy attached to the apples for my taste . Just like plain old carmel coated apples  with nothing else .

Have never bought them again

@GingerHead I purchase several Mrs. Prindables each year. I too found the cinnamon one's a little off. They weren't too bad but just not as good as the chocolate. In fact, I tried the cinnamon roll and thought, what is this flavor. I looked it up and could taste a hint of cinnamon roll but didn't care for them. I cancelled my 2nd order.

I do find they are all sweet, that's why I buy them.

I'm in the Never Again Club.  Three years ago I ordered a large set of big apples, to gift several extended family members.  Some time later, i learned they turned out to be brown and mushy inside.  Talk about embarrassing! 😳😞

The apples with chocolate morsels and sprinkles don't even interest me.  I also don't like peanut butter morsels.

I prefer dipped chocolate and nuts.  I know not everyone can eat nuts and they are more expensive to make.

I just pass them by.  I very seldom buy premade food of any kind.  I just make my own.  It takes time and trouble, so I don't do it often.  It saves me time and money and calories.

I am sorry your apples didn't work out for you.  How disappointing.

Perhaps if you call customer service, they will refund your money for the ones that were not edible.

If enough people do so, they might not offer that flavor again.

@Carmie Good idea, maybe I will contact CS and see if they'll charge me for the 5 piece set instead of the 10 piece set since we could only eat half.....

I have never had brown mushy apples. How long did you keep them? Just bought again the pretzels, and they are wonderful.Gave to mailman and neighbors, not one complaint. Keep making these I will continue to buy.Love them all.

The mere thought of eating one of those sour green apples with the sweet coating, makes me cringe.  Just give  me a pretty, plain red apple, no stick needed.

I have purchased the Prindables pretzels at Costco.  I make my own with Ghirardelli chocolate and they are so much better.  My family did not like those snowflake shaped sprinkles.  They said they tased chalky.

I make them in white and milk chocolate and package them in lots of three.  I usually make 48 packages and give them out as gifts.

Costco prices are better than QVC if they have them.  I didn't check this year.
