I am also not understanding the problem. I asked on this board how to sign up, followed the instructions & just received my first insider magazine in less than the 2 months stated.
I've never had a problem with QVC, customer service, etc. & have been a satisfied customer for as long as they've been in business.
I would just send another email & let them know it's your 2nd or 3rd request.
