I received the tie dye/yellow set that I ordered and the shirts have a moldy, mildew smell. I love the fit, fabric and styles but I just can't get past the smell. I had something similar happen about 8 years ago with a pair of Diane Gilman jeans from HSN. Her jeans had a chemical smell and I could never get the smell out of them. After numerous washings, I waited too long to return and had to throw the jeans out. I don't want to be in a similar situation with these tops. I checked reviews and no one else has mentioned an odor. Anyone else receive their tops and if so, do they smell?

Have you washed the shirts? If the smell comes out no worries, if it doesn't come out after a frew tries return them.

@Starliteshine I would wash them NOW (don't wait) and if the smell lingers, return them. I would not try it "a few times". JMO

One washing and the smell is still there

 I was doing laundry all day so it was perfect timing. I washed them once and the smell is still there. No one else is mentioning the smell in their review, so I am thinking maybe I am the crazy one Just seems like others would mention the smell. Maybe it's just the tie dye set and the others are okay. 

I guess I am not crazy because my husband said the shirts smell moldy to him.

It may have been insecticide sprayed onto the container that leaked onto your package.

Mailing the set back tomorrow. My husband pointed out that I will always worry about stinking when I wear either shirt. Even if I could get the smell out, I'd worry that my body heat might reactivate it. I am going to watch reviews and if no one else mentions an odor, I'll reorder in a couple weeks and try it again.

I would write a review under the TSV shirts. If you do that, maybe other customers will confirm they had the same situation. Sorry, they had the smell and you need to return. I would mark them defective.

Mine have absolutely NO smell at all.
