I never assume I'm going to get a tsv, even when I order around midnight. Which I usually do.  I have had orders go into backorder status AFTER they were supposedly shipped.  One day it says shipped and two days later it says back ordered.  Then they cancel without even telling you!  Once there was a WWC dress.  I ordered two at 12;15am.  I got one.  The other one went from shipped to backorder about three times over a month and then they cancelled it.  If I do buy a Tsv, I don't count on receiving it until it arrives at my door.

I have been a customer of QVC since 1993.  I have never had the problems with any shipment like I have now...not even at Christmas.  There is something amiss.
