Definitely not for me.  I really do not care for that alligator look or whatever it is.  I like the organization of the bag.  I guess it also comes in smooth leather but it is still a no for me.

I cannot stand it when they dont put metal rings on the short handles so that they fold down.  I had a purse once that the handles stood up all the time and drove me crazy.

There a lot of reasons I do like it.  I love the size, love the weight, love the center zip with easy-access side pockets and the huge opening with gusset, but... it’s too stiff for me. I like a little more movement to the leather, and too pricey, IMO.

For the price, l think it should be a larger bag. And I'm not a satchel girl anyway.

I'm not that crazy about the TSV either, but I have the Primrose bag that they are discontinuing, and I like it but don't love it.  It is stiff but the leather is wonderful.  I don't use it as much because it doesn't close completely.  There is only a center compartment zipper only. I don't think it's any heavier than a Dooney but the leather on mine is nicer.
