About Keurig's. I stayed at a cottage that had one that let you choose the temperature...is this feature worth the price? What are the important features.
Thank you!

My first Keurig only lasted 2.5 years and so that is not enough of a value for me. I won't purchase another....and then there is the non-recycle pod issue.

I have been using Keurig coffeemakers since they came out...when there is a new one i purchase it and give my old one to a family member...all of them are still working..never had a problem with any of them...

I recently bouight a Keurig K250 & I got a good deal on it, but I do wish that it had the adjustable water temperature. I know it makes the "optimum" heat for each kcup, but I would like to be able to brew hot chocolate a bitt cooler, for the kids & I like my hot tea much hotter. It's just a huge deal, but it would be a nice feature to have.

Thank you ladies for your replies. I think I will hold out for one that has water temps.
My friend has a Keurig and she uses refillable pods...not sure where she got tem.

I got that same Keurig from my local costco last month when it was $25 off.
I had an old creaky Keurig that I'd been using for years and felt I couldn't pass up the Costco deal. It also came with 2 sampler boxes, a cleaning tool, a filter, and a MyKCup. It took a little getting used to hitting the right buttons after years of being able to brew a cup with my eyes closed....lol. But it seems to be a good machine.
One caveat....it's IS a Keurig 2.0. Most of the newer K cups work, but I tried to use an older one that had a fruit beverage, and it would not work. I simply peeled open the pod, poured the contents into my cup and chose hot water.
