QVC is not good to his customers ???

There's service was horrible ...they had me waiting for two weeks..took the money the first day and the two weeks they cancel my order and still kept my money. ....I know I'm not the only one that has happen..I wanna know about YOUT EXPERIENCE WITH QVC

Sorry to hear that. They have been great to me! They gave me a $25.00 credit for an extra long wait for an item to arrive and misinformation as well as a $20.00 refund when an item that I recently purchased was discounted.
