@DesertdiI'm the one who introduced that, so mea culpa.

Anyway this, to me, is an intriguing topic.

 

As an aside--look up steamed hamburgers in Connecticut and see what you think about them.  Doesn't sound like it would be a good idea, but my are they delicious and have quite a loyal following.
