Decided during the night 11/3/23 to order the autoship of Amazing Grace. The order went through, and I always make a copy of my orders.
My order is not found. Customer service states that items are having problems going on accounts. Amazing how I have a copy of my order, with the order number, and immediately took the first payment out.
Customer service suggested I could reorder and send back the extra order when it arrives. Which means I will be charged once again, the first payment.
Is anyone else having this problem?
Customer service can't cancel my order as it isn't showing up on my account. I should wait 24 hours from now to see if it shows up as an order.
What would you do?
Oh, I placed an order on 11/2 for a shirt, and that shows up.

I've had my order not show up a couple times, so ordered again. The next day it shows 2 orders and once I couldn't cancel.

I have read on these forums that sometimes it takes a while for orders to show up. When you said you made a copy of the order, what are referring to?

Thank you. I think I will just wait and see.
If I end up missing the TS, I guess I will miss out. I've never had this happen before. Shocked immediately payment was taken out right away. Not a happy person currently.
I had to laugh, as it shows I am a new member. Been with the Q for 2o-plus years.

When I place any order I always print out what I ordered for budget purchase purposes. So I have the confirmation number of the order that went through, but my account for this purchase is no where to be found, even CS couldn't find it.
I asked what if it sells out, before it shows on my account? That is when they said, I could always order again, and IF I receive two of the same order, just to return one free of charge.
But that means I will be billed again for the first payment. Yes, it would be corrected at some point. Just all the years of purchasing, mad that I don't know if my order will show up. So, CS said to give it 24 hours. That makes it tomorrow after the TS.

When this happened to me the first time I ordered again and the next morning I had duplicate orders.
The second time it happened I waited. And the next morning it had processed.
I hope your order shows up in the morning! I agree, it is frustrating.

@mnshopping - Since you printed out your confirmation, I'd wait to see if the order shows up on your account.
Remember, they don't actually charge you for the item until it ships out; what you're seeing is likely only a pre-authorization, which is normal.
If for some reason, your order doesn't appear by tomorrow, email the Social Team and ask them to look into it. I'm sure they'd honor the price of the TSV and free shipping.

@mnshopping, you got good advice from @Venezia, especially since you received an order number.
You are shown as a new member to the forum, which is unrelated to your shopping history.
