You are probably right about adding the cost to the item.
But if may serve as a psychological win, as when they do free shipping days or hours.
Sales probably jump during those time periods.

Even if they raised the price of the item, in case of a return, there would be no initial shipping fee to lose.

@ shelbelle I figured someone has mentioned / thought of that idea before.😊 I know I’m not the first one to think of it. QVC should listen to it’s customers.

I think ALL items should have free shipping.  If something is returned, then the customer pays to return it unless defective.  Get with it, QVC!

@nelc Of course they monitor the forums. Community Standards which we agree to when we join states no duplicate posts.
