Pre-order of Lock and Lock

I pre-ordered the Lock and Lock TSV on Aug 17 and sent it to my sister. After the regular TSV showed on television, my sister said the pre-order did not include the two tumblers. She received a 16 piece set instead of 18 piece Did anyone else do the pre-order and did you receive the complete 18 piece set?
