Best bet is a Google search for dermatologist recommended Vitamin C or skin serums.
Within that the GOLD STANDARD on all of them comes up SkinCeuticals C E Ferulic. But it's expensive!! $180
Ingredients: Aqua/Water/Eau, Ethoxydiglycol, Ascorbic Acid, Glycerin, Propylene Glycol, Laureth-23, Phenoxyethanol, Tocopherol, Triethanolamine, Ferulic Acid, Panthenol, Sodium Hyaluronate.
The second best AFFORDABLE with rave reviews came up from many dermatologists:
by MaeLove, Glow Maker antioxidant serum $32
Vitamins C (15% L-ascorbic acid), E and Ferulic Acid for superb antioxidant protection. Hyaluronic Acid for long-lasting hydration.
And a proprietary botanical blend (Vitis Vinifera, Aloe, Aurantium Dulcis and Magnolia) for extra nourishment and easy makeup application.

Shawn's new (to me, anyway) hair style reminds me of '70's Farrah Fawcett hair:
Yup! I thought her new hairdo looked like the 1970's Farrah Faucett hairdo. I prefer her style from previous years.

Here is my question how do you sell $735.00 worth of product for $144.96? I am just puzzled how you can sell at such a discount. It appears to be inflated to influence your decision. I don't know how well it works after viewing the before and after. Does anyone see a real improvement?? Just curious.

It's funny you should say this. The other morning I was watching and Ali could not stop talking about her swimmer daughter, swim practice, etc. She talked about how busy she is as a Mom and yes, reminded me of Jane. Made me wonder if they are told to do this. It was obvious overload personal talk.

@1Professor Is it best to find skin care that is limited in it's ingredient list? Do you think this has too many actives in it? Or just too much filler/extra ingredients? I honestly don't know about this sort of thing.
Personally I'm not tempted to try it as I've tried Perricone in the past and unfortunately it just doesn't agree with my skin. And that was before my skin became super finicky and reactive. Sigh. Although I did really like the cold plasma for a little while but then it was the smell that I couldn't stomach any more. I think I became more sensitive to it over time. Or maybe the newer versions also got stronger smell wise.
I know people who use perricone, really love perricone. And they have really nice results (they say). He had/has a novel way of looking at the skin and treatment with nutrients, etc. to bring it to it's best. He was a pioneer in that way.
The conformer gets very good reviews. I forgot to look up the other product included in the tsv.
Yes, he did sell the company, but maybe he is still part of the formulating process? You never know what the terms were in the sale agreement. These are not new products in the line, so he would have been involved in these - but I don't know if the formulations have changed.
Do you have a favorite skincare line?

@drizzellla Which ingredient didn't you like in both the perricone products?
I just posted on another thread about this, but I will say that while I'm not buying this because of my own finicky skin issues, I did check the conformer for reviews online and overall it is a product people report that they really like and see visible positive results with. I didn't check the second product for reviews. There are Perricone People - who love the brand and have good results. And then there are the other people. I guess it's like everything else - not everything works for everybody.
What skin care brand have you been using for all this time and liking? I'm always interested in hearing about that!
And glad I was able to save you some $$$ ![]()

@moonandthestars
I am looking for a product similar to Ethocyn by Chantal.
I first saw an ad for it in the magazine that used to be placed in front of you on the plane. I was impressed with the ad.
Then HSN sold it. Polly Bergen was the one presenting it. So I bought it. And liked it. Went on auto-ship for years. And eventually had a nice stockpile. HSN stopped selling it. So I bought directly from Ethocyn. About 2 years ago I got an email saying that they stopped making Ethocyn.
So I am on a quest to find something similar.
