It took me months of medical investigation last year to discover that two philosophy Shower gels [with fancy ingredients] caused me to break out in a massive rash. That had never happened to me before at all.

     Been using BAR soap every since.

Several others posted that fancy showers gels from Philosophy they gave children in their families at the holidays also broke out in rashes. They felt so guilty.

Beware. Be very aware.

@1Professor - I have given these to family and friends as gifts. NO  ONE has said anything about them, other than saying thank you when I give it to them.

Maybe there's a reason why?

I bought this TSV on auto-delivery. I look forward to the new scents for both seasons. Very glad it doesn't include Gingerbread Man, which is the one scent I can't stand. I also got A672369 for $41, which is 2 supersize shower gels, 1 fresh cream and one fresh cream warm cashmere. I thought that was a great price for two of my favorite scents. I'm hoping they have a OTO on their cloud cream today. I love the texture of it, but it doesn't look like it has any sale prices. Also looking at their Baby Grace choices. I like Philosophy, can you tell? lol

These were special Holiday small bottles, as here.

I had never had a bad reaction to Philosophy shower gels.

However, they added sparkles and other ingredients, just the type that a person would give kids as a gift.

     THOSE bottles gave rashes.

As a former trial attorney, I was horrified that Philosophy didn't put out an acknowledging notice to people . . . when it was reported. I gave up Philosophy in all products.

     A few months ago, Philosophy stopped selling their famous Cleanser. Many reported the new ones were watery. They pulled it. Apparently Philsophy experimented with ingredients, rather carelessly at times.

@scrapperlisa , I use Philosophy,  and this TSV is perfect for me. I don't care for gingerbread man either. It smells like furniture polish to me. I also don't care for Snow Angel. 

This TSV has several new for me, and I like the ones I am familiar with.

No thanks. I just bought several bottles of Dove seasonal body wash in apple cider caramel and cinnamon pumpkin pie (20 oz./$6.97).  I was too slow and missed out on the pecan butter crunch 🫤.  Dove makes nice products for a pleasant shower experience.  The scent with any body wash goes down the drain when you rinse off so why spend more?

ETA - the pecan butter crunch was on the Walmart website so I just ordered some. 👍

I've never found Philosophy shower gels to clean well.  Skin feels good, and smells really nice while in the shower.  But It's like bathing/showering with lotion.

Disappointed with the TSV.  Was hoping for choices and do not like the holiday packaging.

I think the scents look terrific, but I don't need any more Philosophy soap. The biggest deal breaker for me, however, is the bottle type. I've found that that size annoying to use...they don't squeeze easily like the very small bottles and they don't have a nice pump like the larger bottles.
