About 90 minutes ago,when I was first looking on the webs site to order this on auto delivery, it stated it was once a year for 5 years. Now, there seems to be a "problem" on the web stating it is sold out. HA! Now the host and PTR are saying the auto delivery is for 3 years.

@picnic My AD states "And with this Auto-Delivery plan, you'll receive future shipments approximately every 12 months for two years". So I assume, next April 2024, and April 2025. Basically it is a total of 2 years but 3 shipments. Nothing about 5 years mentioned. 

I did originally try to order on AD but it said sold out. So, I ordered the one time shipment. After completing that order, I saw the little box with the added product on AD. I cancelled my one-time shipment, went back and ordered the AD with the bonus product and had no problems. It was a little odd how it is on their website. BTW, I accessed the TSV through my email so it took me immediately to the product without the bonus item so I was unaware it was available until I placed the original order I ended up cancelling.

I ordered this on first night on single ship then later that day i saw the convert to A/D button in my account so did....No problems and it showed it was converted....Order shipped already and just got email my A/D was completed!!Called Cs and they cant do anything because its saying completed..Anyone else have this happen??...So frustrating!
