Nutrisystem Screw Up

Has anyone received the correct Nutrisystem Order it seems I was on AD for the Variety and the shipment for March should have been italian instead I received the same shipment from the month before I have called QVC 4 times and I they say is it was shipped but will not provide me the tracking number. This is poor customer service I am in the processing of canceling the whole order going forward being they cannot seem to get it correct?

Just wondering!
