Nutrisystem Good?

[ Edited ]

-Interested, but Rick is so hyper, I have to turn it off.

I have tried Nutrisystem before but the food was awful. Is this configuration better?

After reading all the responses, I was considering cancelling. To my surprise it has ALREADY shipped and will be arriving tomorrow. Wow!

I wouldn't eat the stuff.  Junk ingredients.

I tried it before and I didn't like some of the food.  Plus, I lost a few pounds and then got stuck.  I had a counselor at Nutrisystem working with me, but never lost any more weight.  I exercised and exercised again and again to no avail.

Watching the 8AM (EST) presentation. The only one that looks good is Steve.

Yes, some of their food is awful. Other items, like their pizza & lunch wraps are pretty good considering they're diet food. The pizza certainly isn't going to taste like one from a pizza resturaunt. But, eating that sort of thing is what made us all gain weight in the first place.

I wouldn't buy Nutrisystem from QVC because they send you a package of food that you can't choose yourself. Nutrisystem site also allows you to customize your plan for your needs, depending on your sex, age, if you have type 2 diabetes, or certain dietary restrictions. I know a lot of people don't like Nutrisystem. I don't think it's for everyone, but I lost 30 pounds on it 7 years ago. I used Nutrisystem to kickstart my healthy journey in life. After I lost the weight I transitioned to changing my previous unhealthy eating habits. I've been able to keep off 20 of the 30 pounds I lost. If someone just goes on Nutrisystem & thinks that's the end of it all when they reach their goal weight, they're mistaken. You simply can't go back to your previous eating habits or you'll gain the weight back.

I tried a few item a couple of years ago. I didn't really like anything. Nutrisystem doesn't really teach you how to eat. I've been doing WW and have lost almost 35 lbs. Real food and you learn how to eat for the rest of your life.

I did this back in 2018. I got it from QVC it was horrible! Mine didn't come with frozen meals so I don't know how those are. I remember after I ordered it about 4 months later I received a letter that some items were recalled, well that's alittle late.

Eat real food. There are about FORTY items in this packup that are snacks, cookies, "bars", cheese doodles,"shakes"...

Just buy real food. They tell you to add eggs, salads, sides like sweet potatoes, etc.....then fill up with this glop.

Read the description...decide for yourself. Also see my previous NS post about sizes of the products. TINY. If you REALLY need chips, doodles, bars, etc...just buy them in the store...

Like others said..this teaches you NOTHING about changing the eating habits you ahve that may now inspire you to buy this.

Me? I don't know how they get away with it. They COUNT on people not really looking at what's in the packages. Even Tuna Fish.Seriously...you can't make your own tuna salad?

Here's the list.

Count for yourself.

Sheesh

Real food people. In smaller portions, and get up and move. You know that's the way...you don't need this packaged fake stuff!!!!
