Re: Not A fan of the to Obvious Burnishing on the Boots

Like the boots but not the price. I can do better and have done better.

I do wear boots because of the fit and the forward pitch that takes the pressure off of my feet and does not cause my neuroma to act up.

I will add I am a square dancer so I have a boot collection.  LOL

I don't mind the burnishing on a brown-tone color, but not on any of the rest of the colors.  Not purchasing.

I don’t usually like burnishing (not a fan of old worn out looking things) at all but I think it looks good on these boots. I want to watch a presentation but I think I may get a pair in navy.

@cottagegirl8, I absolutely agree with you.  I do not like it , and never have.

The boot looks like it curls up at the toe.  I do not like these at allllll.

An EASY pass for this girl !!!!!!

Have a happy Friday !

I don't mind the burnishing on the toes. It's the faded suede that I don't like. I prefer leather or nubuck.

@CoastalGal

I like them too in certain colors but on the red, I don't care for the burnishing.  I think it sticks out like a sore thumb.  It's more subtle on the other colors.

I have a black moto boot I bought last year from Earth in black.  It has the burnishing but it's barely noticeable on the black.

If I take the plunge, I'm pretty sure it will be the navy.  Or the brown.  LOL

I don't care for the burnishing either.  I don't care for these boots at all, but I passed on buying another pair (different brand) awhile back because of that.
