HELP!  Did anyone else receive their shipment of this grill yet?  I just received mine yesterday.  Is the stand supposed to be inside the box?  The box itself lists all of the items included, but stand is not listed.  My QVC order status is confusing because it lists the grill and stand as two separate pieces, BUT there is only one order & tracking number.  Did UPS forget to drop off the stand with my order, or is the stand arriving separately and will eventually have its own tracking number?  Is the stand actually inside the same box with the grill & just not listed??  I tried opening & peeking inside the box but I can't really tell (there are multiple pieces packed tightly in styrofoam).  I don't want to pull everything out to check since it's a Christmas gift.  I am worried because we leave town for 10 days on Thanksgiving and I don't want the stand to arrive while we're gone.  Can someone who received this item please verify for me?  Thank you!

I watched several presentations and presenters were very clear the stand and grill shipped separately.  I did receive my grill today (M 11/20) and would expect the stand sometime this week.  I don't believe Ive ever seen Ninja include the stand with any of their Woodfires other than on their website and they are clear the stand and some of the added extras ship separately.  In fact I've ordered several grills online and NONE of them included the stand which made the TSV all the more valuable.  Also on my order the grill and teh stand were listed separately under the $299 TSV price and on the confirmation email both items were noted separately.  I never thought they were would be in the same box - maybe delivered in separate boxes the same day or even on different days.

You may want to check with UPS tracking to find out the delivery date and if youre out of town on that day you can ask UPS to not deliver until a specific day when you're home.  There's nothing to panic about here...

Re: Ninja TSV - November 15, 2023

I just thought I would mention that Costco had one of the woodfires on special as we walked in the store the other day.  It was in the $260 range.  Unless there's a big difference in price due to different model numbers, it seems the QVC deal which included the stand was a very good deal.  I did not stop to look at it, so don't know the model.  Just a quick observation.

As I said before, the fact that it relies solely on electricity is a non-starter for me as I want my outdoor cooking devices to be available in the event of a power outage.

HSN's Ninja Outdoor Grill TS is oddly not a better value. Typically HSN is a better deal on the same item. This time around it is not.

Ninja Woodfire Pro XL Outdoor Grill & Smoker with Thermometer & Cover $329.99. You are get less and paying more compared to the TSV QVC had a few weeks ago @ $299.95.

Eating food (meat) that looks burnt like this is very unhealthy. The burned parts contain carcinogens. Looks good but I would never eat this kind of burnt/smoked meat.

@BdBettyB --I believe this model NInja today, is a much bigger one than the one a few weeks ago----and this one has the thermometer with it too. I have the one from a few weeks ago--paid $299 for it during last summer--but mine didn't come with the table---also mine has 7 settings on the dial--says the cooking area is 30% bigger---I LOVE mine and use it all the time.

Also have to say that HSN does a horrible job presenting it---QVC is far better at it--not much info from the vendor and Sarah was terrible at presenting it.
