I would like to purchase but I have some concerns. First, when making a single cup the coffee was splashing while brewing, maybe the cup stand should be higher. Next I would like to know why it is only a 1 year warranty, but on your website it's 5 years. Lastly, is there any type of water filter that can be used in the tank? Thank you.

I actually saw this product on television from the company and the product's warranty is good for the life of the product as long as you buy it directly from them.  It was the thermus and costs perhaps a bit more but worth it.  @taracorc @Ninja_team Do you know the TV commercial that I am referring to?  Just saw it 2 or 3 nights ago.

I got the TSV and the first time I used it (which was a few days ago), I made a simple cup using the classic brew button and  the coffee came out perfect and I was more than impressed with the flavor and taste. I was so excited to try a hot flavored coffee, so I did a caramel latte using the specialty setting.  I used the frother (so neat to use) and even got some caramel sauce to drizzle.  It was fun to make and tasted really good.  However, earlier today I went to make a cup and noticed some leaking issues.  First I heard some beeping when the cup I was making hadn't even finished brewing.  Then I tried a half carafe and noticed the machine started beeping when it wasn't even finished brewing.  Noticed some dripping at the base of the actual filter.  I made sure the filter and basket were in properly and closed correctly but still saw drops of water while the coffee was brewing. Then I noticed a little water running down the back wall of the maker.  Not sure if I received a dud but was curious if anyone else had any problems.  It's a shame because I really like this machine  and was looking forward to trying some of the recipes in the book, but I'm concerned about these issues.

I'm wondering now if there are two different versions possibly of this machine due to the different price range.  Mine is unfortunately still leaking and now isn't even making a full cup of coffee  so unfortunately definitely will be returning.  Wrote a review about my issues but noticed Q didn't post it.  I  spoke to someone in my office whose husband ordered their machine over the internet from the company and has no issues whatsoever.
