Ninja 1100 Today's TSV

Does anyone know if the blades that come with the Ninja 1100 are metal or plastic? Have spent way too much time trying to researching this.

Also I wish they would give the measurements of the soft serve ice cream. Maybe a cup of frozen fruit and a cup of whatever dairy you want to use?

I apologize if this has already been discussed. I did try to check first. Thank you.
