It's surprising and refreshing that this gadget only comes in two colors. At last we don't have to listen to the long color countdown with this TSV.

I have tried a cup of Nespresso coffee at my local kitchen store, and it was very good, and I love the fact that the pods are made from aluminum and you send them back to the company to be completely recycled and re-used for new pods.  However, even a couple of years ago, those pods worked out to over $3 per cup of coffee!  I can get Keurig pods for under 50 cents a cup, easily, or fill a MyKcup with my own ground coffee.   I just cannot justify the extra cost of a Nespresso machine and it's coffee, it just isn't that much better.  Sorry, Q and Nespresso, keeping my money in my pocket.

Editing to add:  there is quite a long thread about the TSV over in the kitchen forum, it would be quite instructive for anyone considering a purchase of this device to read that thread before you hit the "buy now" button.

I love my nespresso machine and the coffee tastes so much better than my keurig but I use the one with the small pods, the larger ones are a lot more expensive I believe.

I've had my Nespresso Vertuo for about 19 months.  The best cup of coffee I've ever had.  But it's not this Next model.   Min e is the Vertuo, not Vertuo Next. 

This TSV is the Vertuo Next.  Do your research before buying this.  The previous Next model was a huge problem for Nespresso.  It had many problems and had awful reviews.  It's the only model I'd never get.

This is a pass for us. We do not care for flavored or fancy coffees. We like like ours plain and w/out cream and sugar.

I know, right?  At one time during his presentation of the Nespresso, he said he likes a rich, bold coffee and that he drinks several cups a day.  And then he immediately said, "can't you tell?"   lol
