I'm not a fan of this brand...

The brands I have for various bottoms/jeans are:

Denim & Co

CCB

Quacker Factory

Belle

LOGO

Brands that don't work for me:

NYDJ

Isaac Mizrahi

WWC

Susan Graver

For those purchasing the TSV...enjoy! Smiley Happy

Once again everyone is poured into these jeans with this brand.  The legs are so tight and completely wrinkled.  I don't understand the popularity of these jeans.

@Biftu  I wear those jeans all the time and they do not fit me like the models. They are not in their correct sizes. I do not know why they show the jeans this way.

Re: NYDJ TSV - March 15, 2025

I'm so mad at this brand!....and their stupid "size down, size down, size down!!" ...mantra. 😡

I've posted about this before....but in 2020, ya know..."that" year of "more drinks, more baking, more everything, and less life?"...yea that one...so my regular jeans were feeling a little tighter. I wanted a light wash, for upcoming springtime, NYDJ was on, TSV, Marilyn straight leg...I was solidly a size 4 (until I had a few more junior mints ad nauseum...as my "daily treat" ....ok that and a few manhattans) anyway...."size down size down size down!!!" What I wanted was a jean that fit me "now"...as I waited to get serious about getting back comfortably in my existing ones. BUT....I SIZED DOWN! SIZE 2...

I've lost 10 lbs this year...with about 6 more I'd like to take off. I've lost several inches from various spots, and 3.2% body fat, I'm comfortably back in all my clothes...tried on those daNG SIZED DOWN NYDJ jeans the other day....THEY ARE STILL TOO TIGHT!!!

And they're so cute, great fit details, stitching around the butt, right in style for the straight leg trend now...I love the light wash for spring. Still can't wear them. Yes I can zip them, but they're still too tight. Will those last 6 lbs (coming slowly off) make the difference. Not even sure.

IF I'd have bought my normal size 4 that year, they'd have fit then, they'd have fit now.

I've never bothered with this brand again.

I'll say again....the jean itself is well-made & cute.

I wouldn't trust what size to order. WHY they constantly tell you to size down. (I know...lots of stretch)...didn't work for me. Btw...couldn't exchange for size 4 in 2020, of COURSE they were sold out. Didn't return because I thought, Oh I'll lose the (then) 5-6 lbs...

As for the TSV...I'm not into this cropped boot...to me it's one of the least flattering styles on a woman...a small flare at the calf??? Why? Big No, for me.

Rant over.

Re: NYDJ TSV - March 15, 2025

I suppose the price is good for jeans but I am not a fan of ankle length pants. Seems that's all Isaac offers now so I also don't purchase his brand. They don't look very good on the models, they just don't look right to me. I'm still holding off on purchasing this brand with their size-down spiel.

Re: NYDJ TSV - March 15, 2025

To me not such a good look on the models.  I won't be trying.  I have so many jeans and pants to last me forever.  I'm cutting way back on purchases.

I have some Belle jeans and Candace jeans and fit me great.  I buy the ankle pant in regular instead of petite and fits me like a regular pant.  I have some ankle pants but prefer full length.  I also like my Levi's in short length.  Petite does not fit me correctly in the rise.

I am sure many love these jeans and maybe I would too but just don't want to mess around with exchanges.  Takes too long and usually out of my choice.

Re: NYDJ TSV - March 15, 2025

I have several pairs of NYDJ that I purchased from the Q and from the official website and although they say to size down, I always check the cotton content bc since cotton basically doesn’t have much stretch, if any, and then decide whether or not to size down or order my regular size. I’m thinking about ordering the coral color. And I love ankle jeans and cropped jeans bc I tend to wear those more than shorts in the spring and summer with sandals, sneakers or flip flops, but I have my longer jeans that I only wear in the winter bc I would melt in those any other time of the year. Btw, I love the model Angela bc she has a beautiful smile but she would look better in the size 16. No shade to her but tight doesn’t always mean right jmho. Have a splendid Saturday everyone! 🤗

These are really cute. Anyone know how their sizing runs. I am a size 8 in Kohl's Lauren Conrad high wasted flare jeans.
