@FranandZoe  Did you buy the light string that has mini-bottle-brush trees encased in each bulb?  Like a ship in a bottle, as MBR said.  I thought it was strange but hope it works out for you.

I also saw the Jim Shore 2022 Santa Claus ornaments.  MBR described how you could write on the back in permanent marker "baby's first Christmas," then she asked Jim how many grandchildren he had (13), then she offered that she had recently added one, and went on to tell the story of her new granddaughter.  It was a clever if sneaky way to work that in.

No it's a line of about a dozen little trees on a base.

They're overdoing Christmas. Maybe because of supply issues. I have way too much holiday decor and no room to store any more, so I won't be placing any orders.

Re: More Christmas... grrrrr!

I just get tired of hearing the same sales pitch about stuff we need to buy to use on an airplane, on vacation, when guests come to our houses, when we are cooking the big holiday meal, only order of the year, etc. A lot of us don’t have guests over for holidays, we don’t cook the big meal, we don’t travel by plane (frequently), and we aren’t buying everyone we know a present! I know QVC is just trying to sell, but at least say something different. And acknowledge that half your customers, that do celebrate Christmas, are having a quiet cozy Christmas. Come up with different ideas to sell Christmas items. Don’t continue to make a lot of your customers feel like everyone is going to be having a Huge Big Time at Christmas just to sell. Christmas still comes and goes with or without more stuff. Love was born at Christmas and each one of us are loved and that is what Christmas is about!

I know some people would complain but wouldn't it be nice if QVC offered a giving opportunity in each Christmas show. They would feature reputable charities that people could donate to. I think that would be in keeping with Christmas.

Oh my, too many complaints.  Face it, QVC is a SHOPPING channel, and if holiday merchandise is selling, certainly it will be featured.

No humbug from me--I am going to order the sherpa cape for an older relative, and the pop-up lanterns as stocking stuffers.  Right now I put everything in my wish list in case there will be free shipping coming up.

I am sure more will catch my eye over the next few months!

@HLP I think that’s great what you do for your neighbor and how you decorate without a tee. I found it very interesting recently when I learned that one of the top interior designers does not put up a tree either. And in fact really doesn’t decorate much for the holidays. He said he’d rather invest in year round decor items.

Money saving time for me, not that I buy massive quantities of stuff.  No interest whatsoever, so I don't even turn it on in the background.  There must be a lot of buyers though or they would quit doing it, so I guess it's good for them and QVC.
